I have tonne...The Dandelion Saag was deeee-lish. <br /><br />I have tonnes of dandelions in my little backyard and decided to try using them in different ways. I have tried "dandelion 'spanikopita'" (a greek dish, where I subbed the dandelion greens for the spinach). I have made dandelion salads with a nice, sweet basalmic vinegar. I have tried sauteed dandelion with garlic, mushrooms and cooked rice.
